There are literally thousands of table top sterilizers in use every day in the medical community; each physician's and dental office in the world has some type of infection control procedure they go through every business day of the year (or at least, we hope they do...). With that much use, the typical sterilizer, no matter what the brand or model, will occasionally have service problems. Typically, the office person responsible for maintenance, not feeling they have much of a choice, will call the local manufacturer's service department or independent bio-medical service company for assistance. That's not a bad thing, as I put my kids through college doing those service calls (and support them for awhile after college, while they attained the status of "professional students", but I digress...). But in many cases, there is another option - with our technical assistance and availability of repair parts, and your "good old common sense", you can repair most sterilizer problems yourself. In most cases, there is no need to call a technician in to repair a table top sterilizer; the parts listed below can easily be completed by almost anyone (please keep in mind that the last statement was made by a service technician that makes his living by doing service calls...) Buy your parts and supplies here - at prices greatly below what manufacturers and local service shops charge - and quickly do it yourself without the high cost, or having to wait for the service technician. "What if my sterilizer isn't listed?" you ask - in most cases, we can get what you need. There are so many models out there that it would be impossible to list everything (sort of like painting the Golden Gate bridge; by the time you got finished, it would be time to start again...). We have listed the most common, easily replaced parts for each model; we have available almost all parts, from the most obscure washer and packing nut, for the major manufacturers. We will need the manufacturer, serial #, detailed description of part needed, etc and we will do the research and get back with you promptly.
