EZ Access ramps, manufactured by Homecare Products, Inc, in Kent, WA since 1983, is a worldwide leader in the ramp industry. Features now standard in most competitor's units were developed by Homecare. They developed the first quick release attachment for side mount ramps used in minivans. They were the first to build a skid-resistant track for user safety. I was first impressed with their dedication to their customers; They realized early on that their location in the far northwest area of the country wasn't in their customer's best interests for quick distribution of their products, so they opened up distribution centers in Iowa, New Jersey, and Florida. This was more expensive for the company, but they took this action and absorbed this expense because they knew it was better for the customer. They now promise delivery within 3 days or less anywhere in the U.S. Their dedication to quality is unsurpassed in the industry, and they stand behind what they sell.
