The hydraulic pump on a manual patient lift is one of the more "popular" problems we run into in our service work. We hardly ever buy a new pump anymore; most, unless the case is damaged, can be rebuilt. Our rebuilds include complete disassembly and cleaning of the unit, new O rings and seals installed, fluids replaced, and load tested prior to shipment. Simply ship the unit back to us using our shipping address (found on the bottom of each page), and we will complete the rebuild and get it back to you. Most rebuilds take a week to 10 days after receipt; if there is a delay, we will keep you informed via E-Mail or telephone. Please include a note in the box with the part letting us know what is wrong, along with your name, address, and a number where you can be reached if we have questions. We will get with you by either telephone or E-Mail when the repairs are completed to let you know the total charges including shipping. All of our rebuilds carry a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
