Next to hand controls, motors are the most "problem-prone" than any other part on a patient bed. While we can get you a new motor if you really need one, if you can wait just a few more days, we can rebuild your motor for significantly less. We probably rebuild more bed motors than any other part. Simply ship the unit back to us using our shipping address (found on the bottom of each page), and we will complete the rebuild and get it back to you. Most rebuilds take a week to 10 days after receipt; if there is a delay, we will keep you informed via E-Mail or telephone. Please include a note in the box with the part letting us know what is wrong, along with your name, address, and a number where you can be reached if we have questions. We will get with you by either telephone or E-Mail when the repairs are completed to let you know the total charges including shipping. All of our rebuilds carry a 90 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
