Delivery Options: (Please make choice below)

1) Curbside Delivery: Truck driver will help unload chair at curb or driveway.  You would need someone there to bring it into your home, unpack it, and set it up where you would like it.  This is more trouble, but shipping is included in the quoted price of the chair.

2) "White Glove" Delivery: The delivery people will bring the chair inside, place it where you want it (up to two flights of stairs), unpack and set the chair up, and remove the packing materials.  The delivery charge for this service is $125.00
